Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support the development and manufacturing of modules for medical, high-power automotive, and high-speed optical communication markets. Reporting to the MIT Engineering Manager, the role develops, configures, tests, and maintains manufacturing applications and software; integrates them with ERP, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems; creates workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions; and collaborates with engineering teams on automation, error proofing, and digital transformation. The position requires a degree in computer science, software, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline, manufacturing application experience, programming skills, SQL and database experience, and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
