Description
Sensient Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to improve manufacturing performance, standardize systems across its global sites, and lead technology-driven initiatives. The role manages site performance scorecards and reporting, develops cost models and benchmarking tools, supports MES implementation at the St. Louis site, and partners with Operations and Manufacturing Technology leadership. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred, along with manufacturing systems, performance measurement, process improvement, analytical, communication, project management, leadership, and change management skills.
