GeoSpectrum Technologies is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead for a permanent, full-time, onsite role in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Manager of Technical Assembly, the lead coordinates daily production activities, manages workflow and staffing, supports production schedules and quality, leads and develops manufacturing employees, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, investigates production issues, and collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance. The role requires several years of experience in complex manufacturing or production environments, knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety requirements, leadership and problem-solving skills, ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security clearances.
