Description
The Production Lead coordinates daily production schedules, staffing, workflow, output, quality, scrap, yield, materials, and inventory; leads, trains, and supports production employees; addresses production and safety issues; maintains production and ERP records; and partners with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Stockroom teams. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing or production experience, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. For Kansas, the expected hourly wage is $26–$31, with profit-sharing, 401K matching, and other benefits mentioned.
