Description
The Manufacturing Technician performs manufacturing operations for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies, including equipment setup and maintenance, calibration, rework, quality testing, material review board participation, and troubleshooting. The role collaborates with engineers and production teams on process improvement and equipment reliability, requires onsite work five days per week, and offers a four-week first-shift training period followed by two weeks on a split shift. It requires at least three years of experience and an AA degree or equivalent education and experience, with robotics, electrical testing, manufacturing troubleshooting, and Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred.
