Description
The Manufacturing Technical Program Manager (MFG TPM) will lead the development, industrialization, and execution of advanced manufacturing technologies, spanning wafer fabrication, innovative wire solutions, and precision alignment/assembly processes. This role involves owning technical program strategy, managing readiness milestones, and executing cadences to mature new technologies from early development through high-volume production. The MFG TPM serves as a technical bridge across various departments like R&D, wafer fabs, OSATs, Manufacturing Engineering, and CMs, ensuring alignment between design intent, process capability, yield, and manufacturing readiness.
