Description
The Manufacturing Technical Trainer provides onboarding, classroom and hands-on training, and continuous development for Technician I, II, and Senior Technicians in switchgear and power generation assembly. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of manufacturing, electrical, or technical experience, and strong knowledge of schematics, assembly standards, safety procedures, tools, and training methodologies. The position is on-site five days per week, may require occasional travel, and requires flexible hours.
