Description
The Manufacturing Technician performs assembly, testing, inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, rework, and repair of products, equipment, and subassemblies in a manufacturing or clean-room environment. The role documents production and quality data, supports process validation and continuous improvement, maintains inventory and calibrated equipment records, and follows GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a technical degree or trade certification is preferred; at least three years of manufacturing experience is required, with regulated-environment experience preferred. The annualized base salary is $46,000 to $69,100, with an annual incentive bonus eligible.
