PaperTech is hiring a full-time Production Machine Operator/Maintenance Technician for a second-shift, Monday-Friday 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. role. The position involves setting up and changing over production machines, performing quality checks and preventive maintenance, cleaning and stocking work areas, repairing broken equipment, and documenting work. The role requires mechanical problem-solving, teamwork, communication, organization, and the ability to work overtime; electrical and hydraulic work are preferred. Benefits include a $0.50 per hour second-shift differential, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off after the introductory period, and a 401(k) match. Pay is from $21.00 per hour and up, commensurate with experience.
