Description
The Production Support Engineer provides shift-based technical support for an assembly plant, including training and assessing operators, investigating equipment, tooling, process, and parameter abnormalities, responding to Andon alerts, and driving continuous improvement through kaizen, cycle-time reduction, changeover, standard work, and 5S. The role requires a high school degree, preferably a technical degree, and 2–5 years of experience in assembly plant or process environments, with electronics-factory and clean-room experience preferred.
