MACRO Industries is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Lenexa, Kansas to perform hands-on production of high-quality composite materials. The role involves reading engineered drawings, setting up and operating production machinery and cutting equipment, measuring and cutting materials, maintaining quality standards, managing supply inventory, packaging and labeling products, performing equipment checks and preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required, along with mechanical aptitude, precision-measuring-tool proficiency, tile-cutting-saw ability, teamwork, PPE compliance, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for eight hours.
