Description
The Higher Level Assembly Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes and supports the Focus Factory Team. Responsibilities include executing manufacturing solutions, analyzing and verifying documentation and production processes, supporting direct production line operators, and applying equipment, process-control, safety, risk, and setup awareness. The role works on a D shift covering every other Tuesday night and Wednesday through Friday nights from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a 10% shift differential. An associate’s degree with at least one year of related experience is preferred, and the annual salary range is $45,300 to $67,900.
