Description
The Electronics Assembly and Testing Technician installs, tests, repairs, and maintains electronic control panels, sensors, PLCs, and related instrumentation; diagnoses circuit failures; performs functional and acceptance testing; calibrates equipment; and documents repair and maintenance records. The role requires an associate’s degree or certificate in electronics technology, electrical engineering, or a related field, plus 15+ years of electronics assembly or testing experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Desired qualifications include LabView, MATLAB, Python, PLC programming, networking, advanced test equipment, and fiber-optics knowledge.
