Description
The Manufacturing Technician II, POROS Manufacturing will produce POROS chromatography resin and support maintenance and distribution. The role operates reactors, pressure filters, pumps, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment in a large-scale chemical batch manufacturing process, performs unit operations such as equipment changeovers, elutriation, R-Bead polymerization, and bead coating, maintains batch and equipment records, and participates in 5S and continuous improvement activities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory, or related experience, and preferred cGMP experience. The position works rotating 12-hour days, requires PPE, and offers medical benefits, paid time off, and other compensation benefits.
