Description
The Manufacturing Technician – Lean Support provides data-driven support to Manufacturing and Process Engineering by conducting time studies, cycle-time and labor studies, collecting production and downtime data, identifying waste, supporting line balancing and takt-time validation, updating standardized work, and participating in root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of technical manufacturing experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, drawing-reading ability, process-documentation skills, and familiarity with ERP systems, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel.
