Texas Instruments is hiring a Manufacturing Technician Supervisor for its EPI/HWA team in the South Building. The role oversees production and test equipment maintenance, supervises equipment and process technicians, establishes preventive maintenance programs, manages training and inventory, schedules manufacturing activities, and selects and evaluates personnel. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in a technical field or two years of relevant experience, and the ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
