Skydio is hiring a Manufacturing Test Engineer to bridge manufacturing and engineering by owning end-to-end test readiness for product lines, developing test sequences, designing automated test equipment, investigating production issues, and improving manufacturing quality and efficiency. The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 5+ years focused on NPI test development, strong Python coding skills, and the ability to conduct root-cause and failure analysis. The position offers an annual base salary of $196,000–$257,000, equity, health insurance, paid leave, and a 401(k) plan.
