The role bridges product development and production, supporting design for testability, test fixtures, test infrastructure, equipment integration, NPI launches, contract-manufacturer support, data analysis, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, 1–8 years of experience, programming and test-system experience, and U.S. citizenship; the position is based in San Diego, California, with approximately 15% travel and a salary range of $85,000–$110,000 USD annually.
