Description
Zoox is hiring a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and support automated manufacturing tests for autonomous-vehicle sensors and electronic control units. The role covers testing lidars, cameras, radars, telematics, high-voltage modules, sensor pod accessories, and related hardware and software across PCBA, module, system, and vehicle phases. Responsibilities include building test solutions, developing scripts, controlling instruments, analyzing results, releasing updated test programs, and improving test deployment, runtime, and yield. The position requires a relevant technical degree, at least five years of relevant experience, Python and shell scripting, manufacturing-electronics testing and troubleshooting, Linux automation, contract-manufacturer experience, and SMT testing familiarity.
