Description
The Semiconductor Test Intern will support Test Product Engineers with electrical wafer sort and wafer probing operations, perform data-driven test analysis, automate manual wafer-inking dispositions, sustain production lines, troubleshoot test equipment, maintain documentation, and assist with new-product-introduction transfers. The role requires a degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, AI engineering, or a related field, familiarity with semiconductor testing and microelectronics, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
