Applied Materials is hiring a Manufacturing Test Quality Engineer in Austin, Texas, to design, validate, and optimize production-line testing for complex semiconductor capital equipment. The role covers automated test development with Mayan and Python, defect isolation, yield and measurement-system analysis, cleanroom compliance, and testability integration with NPI hardware and process teams. It is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Manufacturing Quality Manager, with 20% travel and no relocation eligibility.
