HP is hiring a Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to develop, implement, validate, and improve test software for manufacturing and HP products. The role supports new product introduction and sustaining programs, product quality, production readiness, factory efficiency, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with product development, quality, factories, and external partners. It is intended for junior-to-mid level engineers interested in software development, test automation, embedded systems, image processing, or AI/ML, and requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree plus 3–5 years of relevant experience.
