Description
Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to support manufacturing leadership by delivering new-hire and process training, maintaining training records and compliance metrics, coordinating quality alerts, reviewing manufacturing processes, and assisting with changeovers, batch record reviews, labor reporting, and line support. The role requires on-site work, scheduled shifts and overtime, PPE use, and experience or ability to learn manufacturing systems such as PRMS and Assemble and Pack. Compensation is $25 per hour, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
