Skydio is hiring a Manufacturing Training Program Manager to build and scale manufacturing talent development programs. The role owns the manufacturing training ecosystem, including onboarding, instructor-led and digital training, learning management systems, certification tracking, training effectiveness, workforce partnerships, hiring initiatives, and public funding opportunities. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, LMS experience, strong program management and stakeholder skills, and the ability to use data for continuous improvement. The position offers an annual base salary of $145,000 to $219,000, equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) savings plan.
