Manufacturing Training Specialist at Trystar

Trystar is hiring a Manufacturing Training Specialist to report to the Quality Manager and develop, coordinate, and deliver manufacturing training programs supporting safety, quality, productivity, and employee development. The role partners with Operations, Human Resources, Quality, Safety, and Production Leadership; creates training materials, SOPs, and job aids; maintains training records and skills matrices; evaluates training effectiveness; supports onboarding and cross-training; and coaches employees on the manufacturing floor. The position is primarily onsite in Faribault, Minnesota, may require up to 10% travel, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
