Wis-Pak is hiring a Manufacturing Training Specialist to lead site-wide training, mentor employees across receiving, production, warehouse, and shipping, audit and certify Job Instructions, support production output, and ensure safety and quality compliance. The role requires manufacturing or production experience, training experience, technical proficiency in validating and auditing Job Instructions, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work on the production floor. The position does not offer visa sponsorship.
