ABB is hiring an onsite Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the full scope of operations for a local manufacturing unit in the Cibitung Factory, Bekasi, Indonesia. The role covers production, engineering, procurement, quality, operational excellence, and logistics, with responsibility for achieving targets, improving profitability and customer satisfaction, managing cash flow and delivery performance, and executing business-unit quality strategy. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of manufacturing or plant-management experience including 5 years in leadership, and expertise in operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, cross-functional team management, and stakeholder engagement.
