ABB is hiring a Manufacturing Unit Manager to lead its Instrumentation business in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The role owns end-to-end operations, supply chain, planning, logistics, engineering, maintenance, quality, HSE, operational excellence, and the financial and fiduciary performance of a manufacturing organization with approximately 230–240 employees. Responsibilities include driving revenue, EBIT, cash flow, cost reduction, production transfers, footprint optimization, new building and testing capabilities, manufacturing optimization, and employee engagement. The position is fully onsite and requires strong manufacturing and operations leadership, business acumen, and the ability to lead transformation and diverse teams.
