Description
The role implements and sustains BDPS work processes for a manufacturing unit, establishes equipment settings and standards, transfers technical knowledge, coaches associates on continuous improvement, and develops plans to reduce losses and improve OEE. Responsibilities also include manufacturing change control, validation activities, root-cause analysis of OEE losses, and handling quality events and deviations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with mechanical engineering and two to three years of medical or manufacturing experience preferred, and is based in Columbus, West, United States.
