The Maintenance & Operations Technician supports facility maintenance, environmental, health, and safety activities, forklift operations, shipping and receiving, inventory, warehouse organization, and production operator duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, basic mechanical aptitude, hand-tool use, English comprehension, independent and team work, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and availability for scheduled shifts based on production needs.
