Description
The MAPS Lead supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in developing skills for independent living, community participation, travel, technology use, and employment. The role creates service plans and VCRM goals, teaches technology and travel training, connects individuals with community and vocational resources, documents milestones, and provides monthly face-to-face and virtual support. It requires a high school diploma or GED, technology experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a Tennessee driver’s license with an F endorsement, liability and auto insurance, and CPR or First Aid certification. The salary is $16.25 per hour.
