Description
THOR Solutions is hiring a Senior-level Marine Electronics Engineer (Systems Integration) to serve as an electronics team lead supporting the United States Coast Guard Ship Design Team in Washington, DC. The role designs, develops, tests, and supervises shipboard electronic equipment; analyzes C5ISR systems; mitigates cybersecurity risks; develops specifications and technical reports; and reviews engineering changes and waivers. It requires an existing active or interim Secret security clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least eight years of recent experience developing and integrating machinery control and C5I systems, plus one year of federal ship or boat building acquisition experience. The position follows a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two remote days per week, with up to 10% travel to CONUS locations, and pays $110,000–$160,000.
