Description
The role maintains, troubleshoots, and operates next-generation electrical propulsion and energy-storage systems on vessels and at an island. Responsibilities include commissioning, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, module replacement, DC fast-charging and fuel-cell systems, inverter-rack maintenance, crew mentoring, safety management, reporting, and inventory support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field, four years of specialized industry experience may be substituted, and certifications in HAZWOPER, forklift operation, CPR and first aid, along with a valid California driver’s license.
