Description
The Marine Equipment Operator safely operates travel lifts, forklifts, slings, shackles, and other marine equipment to move, block, support, and prepare vessels for marina, sales, and service operations. The role also includes monitoring equipment and gauges, checking fluids and hydraulic systems, reporting maintenance and dock repairs, assisting customers with docking and boarding, and participating in the MarineMax Safety Program. It is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing, and work in extreme weather.
