Description
Saronic Technologies is hiring a Marine Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and integration of auxiliary and propulsion-support systems for autonomous surface vessels. The role covers fuel, cooling, ventilation, hydraulic, piping, pump, valve, and below-deck mechanical systems, including system analysis, component selection, testing, build support, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and design-for-manufacturing decisions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, marine, or a related field, at least two years of mechanical or fluid-systems design experience, fluid-mechanics and thermodynamics fundamentals, CAD experience, and first-principles calculation ability.
