Hutco is hiring a Marine Shipyard Recruiter/ Site Coordinator in Harvey, Louisiana to recruit, screen, qualify, and onboard skilled trade professionals for marine shipyard work. The role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, maintains talent pipelines, serves as a client and employee contact, supports workforce management and compliance, and performs site visits, employee transportation, supply runs, and emergency response. It requires at least three years of recruiting experience, shipyard or industrial knowledge, a reliable vehicle and driver's license, and availability for a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend and after-hours work.
