Description
The Marine Structural Engineer will design and analyze marine and offshore steel and concrete structures, including ports, jetties, berths, and offshore platforms. Responsibilities include developing wave, wind, current, seismic, berthing, and mooring load calculations; using SACS, STAAD, SAP2000, or ANSYS; preparing design calculations, reports, drawings, and technical documentation; coordinating with multidisciplinary teams; and supporting site inspections, fabrication reviews, and structural integrity assessments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Marine Structures, Offshore Engineering, or Structures, along with expertise in marine structural design, analysis software, marine construction methods, and communication.
