The role manages engineering staffing, budgets, product development, research and development, new product introduction, technical leadership, customer representation, and organizational development, with up to 25% travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15 years of applicable product development experience, 10 years leading cross-functional teams, DoD experience, and an active Secret-level security clearance; a Top Secret/SCI clearance is preferred. The role is based in Camden, New Jersey; Herndon, Virginia; or Millersville, Maryland, with a stated salary range of $177,500 to $291,000.
