Description

The Market Conduct Office (MCO) at Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President to lead the Market Conduct MI, Reporting, & Analytics team. This role involves shaping and executing the firm's market conduct MI strategy, driving day-to-day operations, leading senior-level discussions, and supporting representation in governance and regulatory forums. The successful candidate will translate conduct-related data into actionable insights, partner with front-office businesses, and present MI outputs for senior governance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Significant experience operating in a first line control or Front Office risk role within a complex investment banking environment
Demonstrated experience designing and operating governance and risk management frameworks (1st/2nd line), including MI, issue management, and committee governance
Preferred Qualifications: Strong risk and controls mindset, excellent execution discipline, and the ability to prioritize across competing deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality
Proven committee and workshop facilitation skills within formal governance forums, including the ability to challenge effectively, align senior stakeholders, and drive decisions and follow through
