Confluence is hiring a hybrid Data Analytics Engineer in Montreal, Canada. The role translates business and product requirements into technical data specifications, manages data ingestion and transformation workflows, collaborates with developers on data pipelines and feeds, monitors data quality, owns small to mid-sized data projects, and automates processes with Python or similar tools. It requires strong SQL expertise, experience with data pipelines, schemas, feeds, APIs, and data warehouses, and 1–3 years of experience in a market data, data analytics, or financial data environment.
