Description
The Market Delivery Manager oversees a market-based Administrative Service Associate team and home-delivery operations, coordinating with cross-dock terminals, third-party logistics providers, distribution centers, supply-chain teams, and retail stores. The role manages customer service escalations, performance and quality metrics, audits, corrective actions, vendor claims, capability development, and supervisory decisions, while serving as a market leader for the XDT network. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field with at least seven years of relevant experience, or an H.S. diploma with nine years of relevant experience.
