Lendbuzz is hiring a Market Development Manager (Sales Leader) in Nevada to own territory expansion, build and coach a field sales team of Dealership Account Managers, develop dealership partnerships, drive field production, and translate market intelligence into strategy. The role requires at least five years of automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnership experience, two years of field sales leadership, strong local dealership relationships, CRM familiarity, and willingness to travel throughout the region. Compensation starts at $90,000 with uncapped commission and bonus potential, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
