Satispay is hiring a Market Development Partner - Welfare to expand its welfare products in the large-enterprise segment, including companies with up to 350 employees. The role focuses on outbound lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, strategic meetings, stakeholder engagement, pipeline development, and collaboration with the Business Development team. Candidates should have at least one year of outbound sales experience, strong negotiation and commercial skills, CRM and outbound tools proficiency, fluency in Italian and English, and eligibility under Italian employment protection law L.68/99. The position offers a gross annual salary of €25,000–€37,000 plus variable compensation and a hybrid working arrangement.
