Visual Comfort & Co. is hiring a Market Development Specialist to grow its lighting and systems business by calling on interior designers in non-showroom markets. The role is an inside sales position with 100% virtual customer interaction, involving cold and warm calling, virtual presentations, CRM pipeline management, relationship building, and closing new business. Candidates need at least two years of consultative sales experience and three years of inside sales experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, health and retirement benefits, and compensation of $50,000 plus monthly commission.
