Boston Beer is hiring a full-time Market Manager to cover the Florida Panhandle, including Pensacola and Destin, Florida. The role focuses on increasing availability and visibility of Boston Beer brands through direct selling and wholesaler management, developing wholesaler relationships, growing current and new business, managing district budgets, and conducting sales planning and reviews. The position is field-based and requires living in the territory, with 40% travel, occasional weekend and holiday work, and regular travel to service retailers and wholesalers. Candidates need at least two years of sales or food and beverage experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift a case of beer; a bachelor's degree and alcohol beverage experience are preferred. The salary range is $71,000 to $103,000, with a discretionary annual bonus and healthcare benefits.
