Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Market Manager to oversee the operations, performance, staffing, customer experience, safety, business relationships, and profitability of multiple collision and glass service locations in a designated market. The role coordinates with General Managers, monitors performance and capture rates, conducts reviews and audits, develops employees, manages customer concerns, supports growth and referral relationships, and ensures compliance with operating and safety procedures. Applicants need at least five years of collision repair industry experience, three years of management experience, strong estimating experience, and the ability to read financial statements. ICAR Platinum certification and an applicable state estimating license are preferred or required where applicable. The role pays $100,000–$160,000 annually and includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance effective on day one, among other benefits.
