Openwork is hiring a full-time, onsite Market Manager to lead its Clear Lake, Texas staffing team. The role owns the branch P&L, manages client relationships and recruiting strategy, develops and coaches team members, oversees operational processes, and handles compliance, HR escalations, and payroll sign-offs. Candidates should have leadership experience, a record of meeting or exceeding targets, strong coaching and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with P&L management and KPI monitoring.
