Description
The Market Manager will oversee the operational, personnel, and commercial management of a Raiffeisen market in Mansfeld with 25 employees. The role covers customer acquisition and support, building-materials and home, farm, and garden sales, quotations and invoicing, personnel and vehicle planning, goods ordering and warehousing, inventory checks, cash handling, and store safety. Candidates should have completed commercial training, ideally in retail or wholesale, building-materials knowledge, leadership experience, organizational and customer-oriented skills, PC and inventory-management-system proficiency, and an understanding of numbers and costs. The position offers 35 hours per week, 30 days of vacation, training opportunities, and compensation commensurate with performance.
