BetterNight is hiring a Market Manager, Sleep to build and grow a major sleep market across Missouri, Iowa, and Southern Illinois, with St. Louis preferred but territory-wide residence allowed. The role focuses on developing relationships with high-volume referring providers, closing large CPAP and sleep therapy accounts, conducting field sales, leading provider business reviews, and partnering with operations and clinical teams. Candidates should have sleep-industry sales experience, preferably in CPAP/DME, home sleep testing, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary, or sleep therapy, along with strong field presence and executive communication skills. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, an accelerator model, and potential earnings of $200,000 or more.
