The specialist will focus on strategic market development, customer satisfaction, and achieving client goals related to outreach activities and energy savings. Responsibilities include recruiting and educating contractors, developing outreach tactics, integrating program offerings, performing event planning, acting as a liaison between customers and contractors, collaborating with other energy efficiency programs, conducting market research, building a network of Trade Allies, identifying improvement barriers, ensuring operational improvements, and preparing detailed activity reports.
